Why do I not get a push message when the frequent's/appointment's location is nearby?

There’s a configurable threshold on the minimum travel time in order to receive push notifications. To change this travel time, navigate to settings at the top right of the dashboard next to "Where do you want to go?". Once you’re on the settings screen tap the least item which is listed under notifications. You will now be able to select the threshold you prefer. 

Keep in mind that there’s a minimum threshold of one minute and a maximum threshold of ten minutes.
